Have you ever noticed that a girl can suddenly mood swing?
This happened on myself quite often LOL
Last few months, I had a date with Jerry.
He came all the way from Aussie to meet me here.
So, I supposed to feel excited!
We talked on the phone for an hour
Sharing the sweetness things
all of a sudden he mentioned about he gonna to do his own things here and
promise squeeze out his precious times for me
My mood from Happy ---- Disappointing + Sad ----- Angry
WHAT.....your things is more important than me la, and you just 顺便 visit me la...
He ended up telling me a joke and promise to bring me for cake
My mood from Angry------Happy + Excited!
I'm not mad just PMS symptoms.
It may not happened every time or every girl, but it will happened on sometime and some girl LOL
FYI, PMS is a powerful spell that girl are put under about once every month,
which girl will act like this

Above the symptoms often happened on me except the first one.
But, symptoms vary from girl to girl according to own lifestyle
3) How to cure / treatment for PMS?
Clean up diet
Don't/ Reduce : Salty food/ Canned food/ Processed foods/ Alcohol / Caffeine/ Cold drinks
According Chinese 寒性食物 also need reduce:
小米、绿豆、海带、绿豆芽、茄子、苦瓜、西红柿、黄瓜、香蕉、梨、西瓜、甜瓜、冬瓜、茭白、紫菜、荸荠、柿子、猪肠、猪脑、猪髓、桑椹、猕猴桃、甘蔗等。
For me, I'm super hard to say bye bye to coffee. I'm not drinking it everyday but at least twice a week.
I used to have clean diet. I refer to a book.
Breakfast :Cereal drinks/ Bread +Apple
Lunch : At least 3 different color type of vegetable, usually i choose
Carrot, Tomato, Green vegetable + Rice/Noodles
Night : Vegetable/ Fruit Salad
Ingredients : Baby carrot, purple cabbage, cherry tomato, grape, boiled egg, kiwi, apple, mayonnaise, honey and ect..... (I did post to my instragram)
It is more than a diet recipe LOL and
I ended up to die of pain that month when i consume this kind of food which are all 寒性食物
Take Supplements
To help improving metabolic function and hormone metabolism
Here are the superstars:
1) Evening Promise Oil - Take 1000 mg capsules per day
2) Calcium Citrate - 600mg per day
3) Vitamin B6
4) Fish Oil (EPA/DHA -omega3 fats)- 1000 mg per day
5) Multivitamins
I took EPO and Fish Oil as daily supplements =)
Get Moving
Exercise + Exercise + Exercise
I'm lazy to move my body even I know it needed.
Kill/ Eliminate Stress
- Take a hot bath
- Listen to music
-Yoga
- Talk to someone
- Find a boyfriend
- Eat coco food
- Pray
